The Lambrinos family, owners of Nori Sushi Bar & Grill in Ocean City, are preparing to open their second sushi spot. Rehoboth Foodie reports that their latest endeavor will be called YUZU Sushi. YUZU Sushi will replace the Flying Fish Café & Sushi Bar at 300 Coastal Highway in Fenwick Island. It is expected to open at the end of April.

Nori Sushi Bar & Grill opened in Gold Coast Mall in 2018 and is family-owned by sushi chef and co-owner John Lambrinos, his siblings Philip Lambrinos, Saphara Lambrinos, and Basil Christian, as well as their parents Chris and Sophia Christian, OC Today reports.
