In an announcement across social media channels yesterday, Haddon Culinary, Collingswood’s chef-driven market that offers casual dining and catering services, shared it would be bringing Revolution Coffee Roasters and Auburn Road Vineyards with it when the second location opens in Haddonfield.
“That’s right Haddonfield – you’ll soon be able to enjoy your morning cup of Revolution coffee (or espresso!) from our coffee bar,” captioned the post. “Grabbing dinner on the way home or brunch for the weekend? We’ll have the perfect wine pairing ready for you, with Auburn Road Vineyards wines by the bottle available.”
The specialty grocery store started in 2019 and brings together the work of Chef James Liuzza and Chef Joe Muldoon, who both started their careers in New Jersey. The company, which is also known to hang around the Collingswood Farmers Market, showcases the philosophy of the chefs, who believe in sourcing the best ingredients, layering flavor, and modernizing classic cooking techniques. The market offers prepared foods as well as the products and ingredients you might need to whip up your own meal at home.
Haddon Culinary the second is headed to 9 Kings Highway W, in the space previously occupied by Ludovico’s Deli. According to social media, it is slated to open in winter 2021.
