A Seattle-based fashion retailer is expanding into the Garden State this fall.

Nordstrom Rack, the off-price division of Nordstrom offering up to 70% off on-trend apparel, accessories, beauty products, home décor and shoes, will debut in the Deptford Town Center, according to a press release.

The shopping center is home to major retailers including Aldi, First Watch and Tractor Supply. MSP Development, which owns the shopping center, is eager to welcome another tenant to the property.

“This high-visibility, high-traffic location is a natural fit for a brand known for quality and style. We’re confident Nordstrom Rack will not only thrive here but become a long-standing favorite in the community for years to come,” owner Mitchol S. Pappan said in a statement.

Spanning 24,500 square feet, the new location will feature Nordstrom Rack’s signature offerings, while customers can take advantage of convenient services such as online order pickup from both Nordstrom.com and NordstromRack.com, as well as easy returns.

It will also expand the company’s presence in the state, where it currently operates nine Nordstrom Rack stores and four Nordstrom stores.

The president of Nordstrom Rack looks forward to bringing the shopping experience to both new and existing customers.

“We look forward to being a part of the Deptford community and serving our customers with an amazing offering of great brands at great prices. We’re excited to grow our footprint in the Philadelphia market and introduce new customers to the Nordstrom experience,” Gemma Lionello said in a statement.

42 Freeway reported the new Nordstrom Rack is targeting an opening by the end of October.
