Someburros Opens New North Peoria Location Today

Someburros opens its newest location at 25700 N. Lake Pleasant Parkway, bringing flavorful Mexican meals to a new neighborhood.
The restaurant is located near Lake Pleasant Regional Park and Scorpion Bay Marina. To celebrate the opening, the first 50 customers will receive a free Someburros insulated tumbler.
Menu Inspired by Mexican Home Cooking

The restaurant will serve its signature Sonoran-style Mexican cuisine, featuring recipes passed down through the Vasquez family. The menu is inspired by recipes from family matriarch Nana Isabel Vasquez. Her recipes became the foundation of the fast-casual concept.
“For 40 years, our family has been passionate about creating a place where guests can enjoy fresh, authentic food and be a part of our community,” said Tim Vasquez, Owner and President of Someburros. “We’re excited to continue growing in the West Valley and bring Someburros to an active and growing part of Arizona.
Signature burros include fillings such as carne asada and machaca beef, alongside several other options. House specialties include Pollo Fundido, made with marinated chicken. There is also an all-day breakfast featuring breakfast burros, tacos, and plates.
The restaurant also features tacos, enchiladas, and combo plates served with the restaurant’s rice and refried beans. There are also new mini burros that are available in several flavors.
The opening adds another location to Someburros’ growing Arizona footprint.
