A brand new concept called Heritage Kitchen & Cocktails is getting ready to debut in Scottsdale at 10121 E Bell Rd, Suite 150.
The new concept is set to move into the former home of Wandering Donkey Taqueria & Tequila Bar in the McDowell Mountain Marketplace, according to Kobra Designs, the architect and master planner behind the restaurant. Herman Jack Ajamian, the president of Kobra Designs, tells What Now Phoenix that Heritage Kitchen & Cocktails will be owned and operated by Eric Greenwald and is expected to open sometime this year.
While little information about Heritage Kitchen & Cocktails has been released, a rendering video from Kobra Designs shows what customers can look forward to. Upon entry, guests will notice a grass wall before the main entrance that will be perfect for photos. Inside, the space will be open with plenty of natural light and greenery. Heritage Kitchen & Cocktails will feature private dining rooms, a cocktail table, a chef’s table, a main dining area, an interior bar, patio dining, and an exterior bar.
This isn’t the only project from Greenwald, a franchisee of Proteinhouse, which specializes in providing nutritious, all-natural, gluten-free, healthy foods and protein shakes. He will start by opening a new location in Tempe at 947 S Mill Avenue, Site #105. While it’s unclear exactly when this Proteinhouse is expected to open, it appears to be the first of many, as Greenwald has included the hashtag #moreintheworks in the LinkedIn post. While it’s unclear what will open first, the restaurateur is staying busy with multiple projects coming to life in 2025, including Heritage Kitchen & Cocktails.
