Mesquite Fresh Street Mex, the Arizona-grown fast-casual restaurant known for its mesquite-grilled street fare, is continuing its Valley expansion with the opening of its newest location in Laveen later this fall. Located at 5535 W. Baseline Road, the restaurant will mark Mesquite’s 11th location in the Phoenix metropolitan area, bringing its fresh, made-to-order menu to one of the region’s fastest-growing communities.
The Laveen restaurant represents another milestone in Mesquite Fresh Street Mex’s steady growth across the Valley. Since opening its first location in Old Town Scottsdale in 2015, the locally owned-and-operated brand has expanded by serving fresh, flavorful street-inspired fare made with high-quality ingredients and proteins grilled over real mesquite wood.

Designed with convenience in mind, the new restaurant will feature a drive-thru, a dedicated grab-and-go pickup window and a spacious 900-square-foot patio, making it easy for guests to enjoy fresh meals whether dining in or taking them on the go.
Guests can expect Mesquite’s signature menu of mesquite-grilled street tacos, burritos, quesadillas, protein bowls and house-made salsas, all prepared fresh daily. Every protein is cooked over real mesquite wood, creating the bold, smoky flavor that has become synonymous with the brand.
The grand opening celebration will include giveaways, community festivities and more as Mesquite Fresh Street Mex officially opens its doors in Laveen.
