A new cafe dubbed House of Honey is set to open in suite 116 of the shopping center located at 9163 W Union Hills Dr in Peoria, according to a building permit application filed with the city yesterday, July 12.
A representative from House of Honey did not immediately return a request for comment.
Though details remain scant, the building permit application calls for tenant improvements to the space, which will serve “honey-inspired beverages.” Meanwhile, the application also notes that “prepared foods will be available for retail sales.”
