A new Thai restaurant is headed to Gilbert, according to an LLC registered with the State of Arizona. The articles of incorporation, which were filed earlier this month, indicate Thai Peppers will debut at 235 E. Warner Road.
According to lease intel obtained by What Now Phoenix, Thai Peppers signed in September of this year for a first floor retail space in Suite B-107. The restaurant space is 1,367 square-feet in size and located in the Shops on Warner shopping mall that is already home to Tosino’s Mexican Grill and Zipps Sports Grill.
An LLC filing for Bua Thai connects Thai Peppers’ owner Punninee Rungsiputtikul with Mesa’s Thai Spices on S. Dobson Road. We were unable to reach Rungsiputtikul for comment at the time of publication, so we are still awaiting news of the new restaurant’s opening timeline. Although we’re sure it will be as mouth-wateringly delicious as its sister restaurant, which specializes in home-style Thai cooking and is currently open for delivery and pick-up.
