According to a recent permit filing, Courses Golf and Grill is set to open in Vancouver at 3200 SE 164th Ave STE 204.

“We are scheduled to open our doors in November, but the exact date is a bit of a moving target. Unlike other golf simulator places, we have a full kitchen/bar and seating for non-golfers so we will have a much more extensive menu,” co-owner Lance Hansen told What Now Portland.

“I am a co-owner and between the three of us, we have extensive experience in the restaurant/bar business and a passion for golf.  It’s a great combination for us. We are still working on the website and social media portion and don’t have anything at this point but will hopefully have that piece soon,” he added.

While an opening date and overall information has yet to be confirmed about Courses Golf and Grill, the name of the permit filer and the registered agent of the business, which is under Courses Golf LLC, is co-founder Lance Hansen according to Bizapedia.

Bizapedia states that the business was filed for originally about a year ago in 2022, and is currently registered as an active filing.

Lance was also the owner of a Senior Helpers location according to his LinkedIn profile, prior to selling about two years ago. According to the company website, Senior Helpers is described as the nation’s premier provider of in-home senior care, with locations all across the country. Their services range from specialized care for those with chronic diseases to companion services for seniors looking for assistance with daily activities.
