According to a recent permit filing, a new wine bar called Camas Cellars is set to open its doors at 602 NE 3rd Ave STE C in Camas.

“Our goal is to open our wine bar and bottle shop shortly,” Debi Dabasinskas, the owner and founder of Camas Cellars, told What Now Portland.

“Patrons can anticipate a diverse and curated wine menu featuring selections from producers in the Pacific Northwest as well as selections from around the world. We will have an inviting atmosphere with comfortable seating and a selection of artisanal cheese and charcuterie to complement the wine experience.”

“Additionally, we will offer a wine club for enthusiasts to enjoy exclusive benefits and access to unique wine selections, as well as host regular tasting events to explore new flavors and learn about the world of wine. Our retail shop will feature a wide range of wine options for purchase, allowing customers to take their favorite bottles home,” Debi added.

“Camas Cellars was founded with a passion for wine and a desire to create a unique wine bar and retail shop experience in our community. Our journey began last summer when we set out to share our love for wine with fellow enthusiasts. One aspect that sets us apart is our dedication to showcasing the beauty of Pacific Northwest wines.”

“In our area, there hasn’t been a wine shop specifically focusing on the exceptional wines from the Pacific Northwest, and we’re proud to fill that niche. We aim to create a warm and welcoming space for wine lovers to gather and enjoy. In addition to our wine offerings, we’re dedicated to fostering a community of wine enthusiasts through our wine club and tasting events.”
