According to a recent permit filing, Crooked Creek Brewery will be changing its location to 343 S 1st St, confirmed by co-founder Dave Lauridsen.

“We originally had planned to open around Memorial Day, but due to some unforeseen circumstances, we are shooting for our opening in the upcoming months,” Lauridsen told What Now Portland, “We will only be a mile away from our original location, which we will be closing and relocating to this new address. We’re very excited to bring Crooked Creek a family-friendly place to enjoy.”

Dave stated that Crooked Creek continues to try to carve out a niche foundation of a farmhouse brewery, with the addition of lagers and IPAs. Their new location will have more space, including 80 indoor seats and 60 outdoor seating options in a family-friendly environment. There will be a food option, subbing out the kitchen to a third-party operator, with a potential of a food truck until next spring or summer. Crooked Creek will host events in the taproom space.

According to the company website, drawing inspiration from the picturesque landscapes surrounding it, Crooked Creek Brewery thrives in a converted pole barn, artfully blending tradition with innovation. This idyllic location sits gracefully alongside the serene banks of McNulty Creek, which meanders through the original property, imparting its essence into each brew. The new address will be comfortably seated on St. Helen’s waterfront.

The backbone of Crooked Creek’s creations lies in the quality of its ingredients. Emphasizing sustainability and community collaboration, the brewery sources pristine Warren water, ensuring that every sip is a testament to the natural purity of Oregon’s resources. Additionally, local craft malts form the canvas upon which the flavors unfold, meticulously selected to accentuate the brewery’s commitment to supporting regional producers.
