According to a recent permit filing, Double Win will soon open in the Gresham Pleasant Valley area at 17102 SE Powell Blvd C.

A representative of Double Win did not immediately respond to What Now Portland’s request for comment.

While an official opening date has yet to be confirmed, the recent permit filing states that Double Win will be open every day from 10 AM to 10 PM, with no seasonal variation.

At 1,200 square feet, this property offers the perfect space for a range of operations. The building was built in 2000, and it is relatively modern, providing a fresh canvas.

The premises come fully equipped, including a modern and updated kitchen with top-notch cooking equipment, according to Coldwell Banker Homes. The building also has an existing deli, existing food and beverage license, as well as six Oregon lottery machines.

Double Win is considered an Oregon Domestic Limited-Liability Company, and its filing status is marked as active. The company was established recently, with a recent filing on June 26th of this year, according to Bizapedia.

Some of the existing businesses sharing this address are Ixtapa Mexican Restaurant and Sip and Spin. Ixtapa is described as Mexican cuisine inspired by many years of cooking experience from their Mexican traditions, while Sip and Spin could be described as a late-night bar option.
