According to a recent permit filing, Dragonfly Asian Bistro has filed for a Tigard location at 7700 SW Dartmouth Street #120.
A representative of Dragonfly Asian Bistro was not immediately available to comment upon What Now Portland’s request.
While an official opening date and what Dragonfly Asian Bistro plans to offer have yet to be confirmed, according to the permit filing, Dragonfly was filed for under Homey Bar N Grill LLC.
According to Portland’s business search, Homey Bar N Grill LLC was registered on December 2nd, 2022. Behind the LLC is Jason Liang.
For the property itself, according to Crexi, the address listed for Dragonfly Asian Bistro will be a part of a “Two building strip shopping center with value-add potential located on pad sites anchored by a Walmart Supercenter.” The building is stated to consist of two 12,000-square-foot buildings on 5.64 acres.
City Feet adds that the building was built in 2015. “7500 and 7700 SW Dartmouth Street located in Tigard, OR. These two 12,000 SF strip centers include current tenants such as Verizon, Great Clips, Which Wich, Mashita Teriyaki, and Icon Nail Salon.”
