According to Maj Development Corporation, a new Dutch Bros location is underway in Vancouver at the SW corner of 88th Street & St. Johns.
A representative of Dutch Bros was not immediately available for commentary upon What Now Portland’s request.
According to Loop Net, the new Dutch Bros will be located at 8702 NE St Johns Road. “The property will share a site with a newly developed Dutch Bros with a Drive-Thru.”
“The site is located on the SW Corner of NE 88th Street and NE Saint Johns Road and has a traffic count of over 49,000 vehicles per day at the intersection.”
Dutch Bros website states, “Dutch Bros started in 1992 as a pushcart by the railroad tracks in downtown Grants Pass, Oregon. Dane and Travis Boersma left the dairy business to serve up espresso, rock their favorite music, and make connections with their community.”
