According to a recent permit filing, V Restaurant and Lounge will soon open its doors in the Lents area, located at 5440 SE 82nd Ave.
A representative of V Restaurant and Lounge was not immediately available for commentary upon What Now Portland’s request.
While an official opening date has yet to be confirmed, according to the permit filing, the days of operation will be every day from 10 AM to 2 AM, with no seasonal variation. The permit filer for V Restaurant is listed as V Restaurant & Lounge, Inc.
V Restaurant & Lounge Inc., according to Bizapedia, was incorporated about three months ago in September of this year. Victoria Bigham, the permit filer and business agent for V Restaurant & Lounge Inc., is also listed as the agent for multiple companies in addition to V Restaurant.
When it comes to the property that will now be home to V Restaurant and Lounge, according to Google, shares the same address as Phở Vietnam Restaurant. The restaurant is described as an “Unassuming Vietnamese restaurant specializing in soups served up in a small shopping plaza.”
