According to a recent job post, Kenji’s Ramen and Grill will expand and renovate in Vancouver at 204 SE Park Plaza Dr.

A Kenji’s Ramen and Grill representative was not immediately available for commentary upon What Now Portland’s request.

According to the company website, “Kenji’s is growing! The local favorite will be undergoing a 1.8M renovation doubling in size, expected to be completed by the Summer of 2024; Kenjis Ramen and Grill expects to remain open during construction. The new restaurant will offer sushi, a full-size bar, and delivery service.”

“The restaurant will be undergoing a renovation, doubling in size. The dining room will be renovated to include more booth seating, room for large parties, a fully covered and weatherproofed outdoor patio, and a full bar!”

“The kitchen will be reconstructed from top to bottom and will feature newly updated appliances. The renovation will take place in stages to avoid any closures, so we can continue to provide the best ramen and service in the Couve!”

“To maintain freshness, cross-contamination, and quality, Kenji’s will be constructing a sushi-exclusive kitchen. Our sushi will follow the same “Build Your Own” model as our ramen, customized to your specific needs and dietary restrictions. We’ll also be introducing numerous new menu items, including our beloved classic Korean wings, so keep an eye out for what’s to come!”

“Our bar will offer cocktails featuring Japanese and Korean alcohol, such as sake, soju, and draft Sapporo, along with seasonal and local selections from our bar managers. The addition of the bar will introduce Vancouver residents to a new late-night spot on Mill Plain with extended hours and a happy hour menu.”
