It looks like there is a restaurant going in the Sojourn Suites Portland Airport hotel soon.

Vesta Hospitality, which owns hotels around the country, recently put in a liquor license for Jawfish Restaurant & Bar at 11707 NE Airport Way. This is the location of Sojourn Suites, which is owned by Vesta.

No menu has yet been released, but the name suggests this may be a seafood restaurant. This would be the only restaurant addition to the hotel. This is located just three miles east of Portland International Airport.

Vesta Hospitality is based in Vancouver, Oregon. Other properties managed in Oregon include Cannery Pier Hotel & Spa in Astoria, Surfsand Resort in Cannon Beach, Hilton, Best Western Hotels & Resorts, Best Western Plus Agate Beach Inn in Newport, and Choice Hotels. The company also has other properties all around the country.

In the license, the business will be open every day from 11 a.m. to 1 a.m. This appears to be the only Jawfish Restaurant and Bar location, and no menu has been released as of yet.

What Now Portland has reached out to Vesta Hospitality, and this article may be updated.
