Offering “Guerrero Styled Birria,” the family-owned and -operated Niños Birrieria, which currently runs two food trucks, looks to be planning a new location in brick and mortar.
This week, Bridgetown Bites reported that “Niños Birrieria is opening a brick and mortar in Wilsonville. They’ll have their great food, beer, cocktails, and places to sit.”
The coverage says no address has been revealed yet, but an opening is expected in “(possibly) mid-May or June.”
What Now reached out on Friday to owner Silverio Mendez to ask about plans for a brick-and-mortar location. Mendez was not immediately available for comment.
With this new launch, Wilsonville would be able to enjoy a menu that includes Quesa Tacos filled with proteins like birria, asada, pastor, carnitas, soy chorizo, and more. With birriria serving as the star of the show, you’ll also find dishes like the Birria Plate, the Birria Grilled Cheese (with consommé), and even Birria Ramen.
Stay tuned for more details as they become available.
