Pho Hong Phat Has Filed For a Change of Hands in Vancouver

Google describes Pho Hong Phat as a "Vietnamese eatery specializing in traditional noodle soups served in laid-back surroundings."

According to a recent permit filing, Pho Hong Phat will undergo a change of hands in Vancouver at 2904 E 4th Plain Boulevard.

A representative of Pho Hong Phat was not immediately available to comment upon What Now Portland’s request.

While an official date for the change of hands has yet to be confirmed, the permit was filed on July 17th under Long Sing Corp.

Washington Company Search states that Long Sing Corp. was incorporated on May 29th, 2024. Alina Li and Hong Luu are listed on the business and permit filing.

Pho Hong Phat’s Facebook page states “Our humble little restaurant is one of those places where the locals in the know go for a great meal. Our staff is friendly and warm just like the “Pho” we have stirring up in the kitchen.”

“Pho Hong Phat might have limited seating but our menu is extensive. Order ahead for your take-out or catering by the tray for your next staff meeting.”
