According to a recent permit filing, Proof Mobile Bar Co. will be getting a brick-and-mortar location.

“The trailer that Proof will be in will be delivered in October. I’m also in the process of possibly hosting another location that would be for a food pod sometime in the future if all goes well,” the owner and founder, Allie Hawes, told What Now Portland.

“I’m a mixologist so you can guarantee your custom cocktails will never be replicated, and they are unique to your event. Proof partners with women-owned, Oregon-based distillers. We are also family-owned.”

Allie described Proof as Portland’s premier bartending service, featuring a completely custom, sleek trailer that adds a touch of elegance to any event. This is not the before-seen converted horse trailer or renovated camper; Proof boasts a classy vibe fit for a classy event.

“While I was planning my own wedding and in the market for a mobile bar for our rehearsal dinner, I noticed most of the options were a bit too rustic for our elegant event. So I decided to make one! I started researching trailers, established an LLC, and got my business license all within 24 hours and, before I knew it, Proof was no longer a dream,” Hawes added.
