According to a recent permit filing, Replicant is set to open its doors in the North Tabor area at 7033 NE Glisan Street.
A representative of Replicant was not immediately available for commentary upon What Now Portland’s request.
While information is limited and an opening date has yet to be confirmed, the scheduled days of operation are Monday through Saturday from 3 PM to 10 PM, according to the permit filing.
According to Trulia, the property is approximately 4,000 square feet and was originally built in 1917. The property lot size is approximately 5,000 square feet.
When doing a bit more research, the permit filer for Replicant is Lydia Crumbley. Lydia is also listed as a CPA of her own firm, and is on the board of directors for Outside the Frame, according to the company website.
Outside the Frame is a non-profit company in Union Station that describes its mission statement as training homeless and marginalized youth to be “the directors of their own films and lives.” They also have a section on their website about upcoming events, workshops, news, film career information, and more.
