A new restaurant called Tan’s Dynasty is coming to SE Division Street on the east side of the city.

The restaurant recently applied for a liquor license at 13503 SE Division Street. Currently at the address it Foxy’s Den Eatery. It looks like Tan’s Dynasty may be taking ownership of the building.

Foxy’s Den Eatery is a breakfast restaurant that also has video poker machines. This is a sit-down location, and the new license applied for makes it clear this will still be a sit-down spot. It is in the same plaza as Euro Food Market and Zakours Floor Coverings.

The trade name for the new restaurant is to be Foxy’s 3. As the current name is Foxy’s Den Eatery, this may be the current owner rebranding, but this was not confirmed.

The menu of this new location has not been released yet. The application the business applied for was a limited on-premises, so alcohol will be served and can be consumed at the restaurant. The hours of operation they applied for are noon to 6 p.m. every day of the week.
