According to a recent permit filing, The Other Bar aims to debut in Vancouver at 309 NE 76th Street #309A.

The Other Bar’s liquor license was filed under Bad Bar and Grill LLC. Behind the liquor license and the LLC is Brian Davis.

The LLC was filed for back in October, according to Biz Profile. According to the permit, The Other Bar has filed for a spirits, wine, and beer rest permission.

It looks like The Other Bar will be taking over the former RailSide Brewing space. Yelp has marked RailSide as permanently closed, updating the hours this month.

RailSide’s website describes the brand as “Beer is our passion. Good food comes to mind as well. Railside Brewing is family-owned and operated and our patrons are treated like family too.”
