The popular Mexican restaurant in Anchor Park is looking into a new spot in Multnomah Village.

Tito’s Taquitos recently put in a liquor license for a new space at 7705 SW Capitol Highway. The business currently has locations in Swan Island, Beaverton and in the Alitas Food Cart at Breakside Brewery Beaverton.

With taquitos being the signature item, they have many different types like pork, chicken, shrimp, mushroom asada, potato and beef. They also serve cabbage rolls, tortilla tacos and desserts like their Mexican chocolate brownie.

Tito’s originally opened as a food cart in 2021, and the restaurant experienced growth with this business venture. It was reported in December 2023 by What Now Portland that Tito’s Taquito’s expanded to their third location in Beaverton, which eventually shifted to the full-service restaurant.. This marks their next expansion since this restaurant opened.

The hours of the new location are every day from 11 a.m. to 9 a.m., and it is noted they would close earlier in the winter months. The Beaverton location has the same hours Tuesday through Saturday, and the Swan Island Kitchen is open 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday through Saturday.

What Now Portland has reached out to the owner, and this article may be updated.
