There is a new bar that seems to be going in place of North Bar on SE Division Street.

Andrew Gonzales recently put in a liquor license for Trouble Bar at 5008 SE Division Street. This follows North Bar being listed as temporarily closed at the location. Conversations were happening online a year ago about the bar closing.

Along with drinks, North Bar served food from their kitchen like gorgonzola mac and cheese, pizza, potato wedges, burgers and soup. It isn’t known what the menu of Trouble Bar will be. As there are two rooms in the building, there will be space to use the kitchen and serve.

The Richmond neighborhood has many bars mostly on SE Division Street. Near North Bar are Landmark Saloon and Scoreboard Sports Bar. DC Vegetarian Vegan restaurant is attached to the same building as North Bar.

The hours of operation will be 4 p.m. to 2:30 a.m. every day. There is also set to be outdoor dining with food service every day. There is not an estimated date of opening yet.
