Miss A, a discount beauty and accessories retailer known for pricing much of its inventory at one dollar, is opening a store at Clackamas Town Center in Happy Valley, OR, according to the company’s own store locator, which lists the location as “coming soon.”

They built their brand around affordable, cruelty-free beauty products, selling makeup, skincare, jewelry, hair accessories, and small self-care items, largely priced at one dollar each, with select higher-end items priced above that. The chain has grown a large mall-based footprint across the country, with locations concentrated in regional malls and outlet centers rather than standalone storefronts.

The Clackamas location would mark Miss A’s first confirmed Oregon store, according to the company’s locator, expanding a national list that spans dozens of states, from Arizona and Texas to Massachusetts and Washington.

Clackamas Town Center itself has been actively working to diversify its tenant mix in recent months, with several new businesses moving into the mall’s long vacant former Nordstrom space, including Movement Climbing, Yoga and Fitness, Sky Zone and Kids Empire. A budget focused beauty retailer like Miss A would add a different category entirely to that mix, appealing to a younger, price conscious shopper.
