Burlington is preparing to open a store at Tanasbourne Village, located at 2177 NW 185th Ave in Hillsboro, according to a listing from Kimco Realty, the shopping center’s owner. The off-price retailer, known for discounted clothing, home goods and accessories, will occupy space at the center alongside a mix of established shops and restaurants.
Burlington operates more than 1,000 stores nationwide under Michael O’Sullivan, chief executive officer, and Travis Marquette, president and chief operating officer, who oversees the company’s stores, real estate, supply chain and technology functions. The chain built its reputation on deep discounts across clothing, home decor, toys and beauty products.
Tanasbourne Village sits along a busy stretch of NW 185th Avenue near the Sunset Highway, an area that has drawn a steady wave of new business in recent months. The center is also set to welcome Oregon’s first Jollibee, a Philippines-founded fast food chain, and a new In-N-Out Burger is opening nearby in Tanasbourne Town Center, adding to the growing pull of the corridor for shoppers across Hillsboro and Beaverton.
