DalMoros is preparing to bring its fast-casual Italian concept to North San Antonio, with a new location planned at 1515 N Loop 1604 E, Suite 400.
According to a recently filed project with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation, the upcoming restaurant will open in an existing Walmart-anchored retail center in the city’s Loop 1604 corridor. The project is currently registered as a renovation and interior alteration, with work expected to begin in August 2026 and reach completion by November 2026.
The planned buildout is estimated to cost $100,000 and will transform a 2,138-square-foot space within the shopping center. The project is privately funded and will be developed on private property for private use.
DalMoros, which is known for its made-to-order pasta bowls and fast-casual Italian offerings, has been steadily expanding across U.S. markets in recent years, often targeting high-traffic retail and shopping center locations.
The San Antonio location will be situated within a Walmart Real Estate Business Trust-owned property, according to filings, which continues to attract a range of national and emerging food concepts into its retail portfolio.
Design work on the project is being handled by Berman Design, a Chicago-based firm experienced in retail and restaurant buildouts.
Tenant operations for the new location are listed under David Caruso, though no official opening announcements or additional operational details have been released yet.
What Now San Antonio reached out for additional information regarding the upcoming DalMoros location, but they refused to comment on the upcoming sighting, stating it is still in the “early stages.”
