Back Nine Golf is preparing to open a new location in San Antonio at 9910 TX-1604 Loop, Suite 109. A project filing with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation points to the upcoming location, and Back Nine Golf’s website currently lists San Antonio, TX – West as coming soon.
Franchise owner Mike Crabb told What Now San Antonio that he is targeting a November or December opening.
The concept offers indoor golf simulator bays where players can practice or play full rounds. Back Nine uses Full Swing technology, which provides ball-flight data, club information, and swing analytics. Golfers can also access virtual versions of courses worldwide.
Players do not need a membership to book a tee time. Membership options are available for more frequent golfers and can include perks such as 24/7 access, guest privileges, and unlimited tee times.
The simulators feature courses including Pebble Beach Golf Links, Spyglass Hill, Torrey Pines, TPC Sawgrass, and St. Andrews. The simulators also include games designed for younger players.
Back Nine locations can also host tournaments, private events, camps, and clinics.
