According to a recently submitted permit application, Santa Rosa’s Savory Vietnamese Cuisine plans to open its second location.

Coming to 8970 Brooks Road S in Windsor, the eatery will land near Happy Donuts, Qimura Sushi & Ramen, and Starbucks.

Windsor locals can expect “high-quality, authentic Vietnamese food… hand prepared and cooked daily,” including banh mi sandwiches, vermicelli noodle bowls, and pho, according to the concept’s website.

What Now San Francisco reached out to Savory Vietnamese Cuisine’s owner, Kanha Kien — who also operates Yo Panda on Corporate Center Parkway — to inquire about the expansion, but could not obtain additional information before publication.

An opening date has not been announced yet, so follow Savory Vietnamese Cuisine on Facebook for updates.
