Back in December 2024, What Now reported on plans for 100% Maraciabo, a new Venezuelan restaurant to open in Bradenton. That opening happened successfully, and the restaurant now has two locations: one at 5108 15 St E in Bradenton, and another at 3951 Clark Road in Sarasota.
Now, 100% Maracaibo is planning to expand to another new location, this time at 3915 N Lockwood Ridge Road, according to plan review documents submitted by 100% Maracaibo LLC.
What Now confirmed news of the opening with Josue, one of the owners of 100% Maracaibo, on Friday. Josue says the opening is expected next month.
The 100% Maracaibo menu features empanadas in varieties like Empanada Carne Molida and Empanada Pabellon, along with Mandocas, Papitqas, Tequeños, breakfast dishes, and more.
Opening in the North Lockwood Ridge Road location, on the southwest corner of the intersection with 40th Street, 100% Maracaibo will join nearby restaurants like Antonio’s Pizza Pit and Tacos La Casita.
