Alimento, the healthy meal prep brand and mom-and-son-owned restaurant located inside the Jeep dealership at 2966 N Dale Mabry Highway in Tampa, looks to be preparing a new location for opening.

This week, What Now came across plan review documents submitted by Alimento LLC for a new Alimento at 808 S Dale Mabry Highway.

Offering meal prep, family platters, catering, and carryout, Alimento offers favorites like the Classic Bowl, with two bases (chosen from options like Arroz Moro, Sweet Potato, and Yuca) a vegetable (chosen from options like Broccoli, Green Beans, Peppers, and Chick Peas), and a protein, with choices like Grilled Churrasco, Lemon Pepper Chicken, Salmon, and BBQ Chicken Thighs.

“Alimento813 was built on the belief that food should fuel more than your body,” says the Alimento website. “It should fuel your life. As a family-owned Tampa kitchen, we create fresh, healthy, Latin-inspired meals that make eating well simple and enjoyable. From weekly meal prep to catering and bulk orders, our story is about bringing flavor, health, and community to the table.”
