A viral culinary sensation is continuing its hot streak, sharing its beloved cuisine with even more Virginia diners. Flavor Hive, known in particular for its buzzy walking tacos, is opening a new location in Chesterfield County, reports Richmond BizSense.
Flavor Hive will be breathing new life into the restaurant space at 11500 Midlothian Turnpike that last housed Five Guys. The popular concept already has a presence in the Richmond area, with a location open in Glen Allen.
An opening timeline is not yet available for Flavor Hive’s upcoming Chesterfield County storefront. While a Glen Allen manager states that the new restaurant is aiming to open before the year is over, whether or not it is customer-ready before 2027 remains to be seen.
Flavor Hive has had a busy year, making a powerful impact in the fast-casual scene.
