Three is the charm this year for a popular DMV brewery. Solace Brewing, partnered with H2 Collective, is bringing the fabled lucky third location of its Solace Outpost concepts to Ballston, with aspirations of opening next month.

Solace will be making its Arlington debut at 4201 Wilson Boulevard. Solace and H2 Collective have fused their strengths to make Solace Outposts memorable draws with a heavy emphasis on hospitality-all of which will be on full display in the new Ballston storefront. A press release provided to What Now DC offers further insight into why leadership chose this new neighborhood to call home; Jon Humerick, one of the founders of Solace Brewing Company explains: “We’ve been looking for the right opportunity to open our third Outpost location, and Ballston just made sense. It’s a great neighborhood with an incredible mix of residents, businesses and visitors. We think the Outpost concept is a perfect fit, and we’re excited to become part of the Ballston community.”

Solace’s beers will, of course, be prominently featured but guests can also look forward to cocktails and wine, among other beverage choices. Feeling peckish? Solace has you covered, offering an “approachable lineup designed for everything from lunch and happy hour to dinner, game days and late-night gatherings.”

Solace does not yet have a firm date established for its Ballston outpost, however the location is projected to be open by mid-September.

Humerick assures existing and future fans that they are in for a truly special experience, shaped by Solace’s established history of great hospitality, saying: “We want the Ballston location to feel like Solace from the moment you walk through the door. Whether you’re stopping in for a beer after work, meeting friends for dinner, watching a game or spending a Saturday afternoon with us, the idea behind an Outpost is pretty simple: great beer, great food and a place where people want to hang out.”
