Taiwanese-based R&B Tea is looking to continue its expansion into the United States with a new location in San Diego.

“We have over 1,000 locations worldwide growing. We currently have 10 opened and operating locations in the US with 10 more under construction,” Teresa Le with R&B Tea told What Now San Diego. “There will be at least 20 operating R&B Tea stores in the US by the end of 2021,” she added.

Set to debut at the Corona Hills Plaza in early August 2021, R&B Tea will continue its primary focus of bringing premium and quality tea to its customers.

“We source the best of our tea products from all over the world. Our black tea is from Sri Lanka, Jasmine & Oolong from Taiwan, Matcha from Japan and creamers from Australia,” she explained.

To be located in the Corona Hills Plaza shopping mall just off the Riverside Freeway, R&B Tea will reportedly be in Suite 12 on the first floor in a 1,400 square foot space.

“We strongly believe the demands for R&B Tea in the Corona-area,” Le added. “The Corona location is in a very favorable geographic area with many good neighborhood surroundings and easy access to parking. Our space is right at the corner where customers are likely to walk by.”

She added that the center has very high foot traffic and is populated with top brands like Costco, 99 Ranch, major restaurants, and a spa.

To be opened in early August, R&B will join Chula Vista and Carlsbad, both expected to open in April, among the company’s other California locations.
