A new Japanese restaurant called “Roll N Bowl” has filed for a new fictitious business name for Ste 400 at 3045 Arden Way. The space was previously occupied by Falafel Corner, which closed last year. The new restaurant is anticipated to open this fall.

The upcoming restaurant is owned and operated by Jihan Kang, who told What Now Sacramento over text that the opening was primarily delayed as he had been out of the country over the past few weeks. The new restaurant will primarily serve sushi and a variety of fusion bowls.

The small building located on the northwest corner of Arden Way and Monroe Ave and across the street from Arden Square shopping center is also home to Afghan Ice Cream and Grill and a quick-serve Chinese concept called The Wok. A few fast-casual chains also have locations around the square, including Jimboy’s Tacos, Chipotle, Subway, Taco Bell, and Dave’s Hot Chicken.

Kang had not replied to What Now Sacramento’s email inquiry for more details by the time of this coverage.
