A new Chinese restaurant called Noodle King is coming to the new Cali Saigon Mall at 2,738 Sunrise Blvd in Rancho Cordova. The restaurant will occupy a vacant space in the food hall. Owner Lei Ju told What Now Sacramento over the phone that she is only waiting for the food court to announce its opening.

Ju told What Now Sacramento in an email that the restaurant will feature “Guilin rice noodles, which come from China’s scenic city, and some special foods with the taste of Guilin, China.” The tentative hours for the new restaurant is 11 a.m. to 8 p.m., seven days a week.

Cali Saigon Mall on Sunrise Blvd is a new indoor shopping mall highlighting Asian cuisine and products with a built-in food court. Its anchor tenant, SF Supermarket, had its grand opening and ribbon cutting last month. According to leasing materials, the mall is actively seeking tenants to occupy its first-floor retail spaces.

Ju did not share an anticipated opening time frame as she is still awaiting the food court to officially open.
