Jersey Mike’s Subs is preparing to open a location in Lincoln, at the northeast corner of Ferrari Ranch Road and Lincoln Boulevard. The restaurant is listed as in development on their website and will be part of the new Ferrari Pavilion shopping center, which is expected to open in late 2027, according to franchisee and operator of multiple locations, Anthony Wells.

Ferrari Pavilion is a roughly 70,000-square-foot center anchored by Grocery Outlet. Construction began in December 2025, with completion estimated for November 2026. The development sits across the street from an existing Safeway-anchored shopping center, one of the busiest retail corners in town.

Jersey Mike’s will have plenty of company in the new center. Other tenants named for the project include Starbucks, Wendy’s, Circle K, Quick Quack Car Wash and The Learning Experience, a childcare and early education provider. The Lincoln restaurant is one of several Jersey Mike’s locations the company lists as coming soon in the Sacramento region. Including one in Davis.

Jersey Mike’s, founded in 1956 in Point Pleasant, New Jersey, is known for its subs sliced fresh to order on in-house baked bread, served hot or cold. The chain operates mostly through franchisees and has grown to more than 3,000 locations across the country. The menu is built around its “Mike’s Way” style, with onions, lettuce, tomatoes, vinegar, oil and spices, along with hot subs such as the Philly cheesesteak.
