Joe & The Juice is heading to Roseville. The Danish juice, coffee, and sandwich chain plans to open a café on the second level of the Nordstrom wing at Westfield Galleria at Roseville, 151 Galleria Blvd., with the opening expected in summer 2027.
The Roseville café will be the chain’s second Sacramento-area location, following the Arden-Arcade store already announced for the Pavilions shopping center. The company is set to describe the Galleria café as one of its flagship locations as it enters the Sacramento market.
Westfield Galleria at Roseville, is one of the region’s biggest shopping destinations. It has about 1.3 million square feet, more than 190 stores, and anchors including Macy’s, JCPenney and Nordstrom. The mall is owned and managed by Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield, and is in the middle of a major refresh. The Galleria is also converting its outdoor promenade into a new district called The Trails, with new shops and restaurants.
Founded in Copenhagen in 2002 by former athlete Kaspar Basse, Joe & The Juice has grown to more than 500 stores worldwide, run by a mix of franchisees and the company itself. Its cafés are known for a youthful, social atmosphere, with baristas who double as juice makers and a menu of cold-pressed juices, smoothies, coffee and espresso drinks, plus toasted sandwiches, muffins and breakfast bowls. The chain has expanded across the United States in recent years, with locations in cities including New York, Boston and Houston.
For Roseville shoppers, the café will give the mall a grab-and-go option for a mid-shopping break, and it will sit among a growing lineup of lifestyle brands arriving at the Galleria next year. The Roseville plan was first reported by the Sacramento Business Journal, which cited a Westfield representative.
