The homebuilder behind Summerville’s master-planned community, Summers Corner, has recently announced plans to introduce the largest pool in the Charleston area with a price tag to match.
According to The Post and Courier, Lennar is currently planning The Club at Summers Corner, a $30 million aquatic amenity located at the corner of Clay Field Trail and Summers Drive.
The club pool will boast two acres of water, featuring four swimming areas, multiple restaurants, water slides, and an adults-only bar.
Guests will enter through the main clubhouse, which will showcase the largest restaurant, The Oyster Bar.
To the right, the adults-only Tiki Hut will feature a walk-up bar with light snacks and two televisions.
Another dining option, The Palms, will be located along the path leading to the waterslides at Firefly Falls, which flow into a dedicated pool.
The Club at Summers Corner team is currently finalizing the design of the facility. Updates on the club’s progress will be communicated to all members, though a projected opening date has not yet been established.
A representative for The Club at Summers Corner confirmed this news but did not respond to further inquiries about the restaurants within the facility. What Now Charleston has reached out to Lennar Division President Jason Byham for additional details.
