Another Cameron Mitchell Restaurant will soon expand in the Columbus area and the latest concept, Valentina’s, is coming to Bridge Park at 4595 Bridge Park Ave in Dublin. As detailed by the city of Dublin, the Bridge Park neighborhood is part of a new development that’s privately and publicly funded and provides a walkable, urban environment that is a mix of residential space and retail and dining establishments.

When it opens, the Italian concept Valentina’s will be the newest addition to the neighborhood. According to previous reporting by a Columbus media outlet, the eatery has been in the works since 2021 and was originally expected to open last spring. In reporting from last month, the restaurant was slated to open on May 30, but opening was pushed back again. A representative from the Columbus-based hospitality group tells What Now Columbus that Valentina’s is set to open mid-July.

The menu will feature cuisine inspired by Northern Italy, along with seafood dishes like swordfish, bucatini and clams and grilled salmon, along with pizzas and pasta dishes. The dessert menu features traditional Italian sweets like tiramisu and a spumoni sundae. Along with the cuisine, Valentina’s will also have an extensive wine selection and cocktails that complement the entrees.
