When Bonesaw Pilot House opens its new 8,000 sq. ft. location in the Deptford Mall, you’ll be able to try unique one-time-only and “pilot” batches alongside the brewing company’s favorites. NJ.com reports that Glassboro-based Bonesaw Brewing Company’s new location, at 1750 Deptford Center Rd. in Deptford, will open in late 2022.

“We are thrilled to bring the Bonesaw experience to the Deptford Mall,” co-owner Dave Doe told the Courier Post. “Bonesaw Pilot House enables us to continue doing what we love: embrace and serve our local community while broadening craft beer offerings in a new and exciting way.”

Bonesaw Pilot House will house a 15-barrel brewhouse and have both indoor and outdoor dining. In addition, there will be retail space and private event space. The brewery will have a separate entrance from the mall at the former Sear’s facade entrance. The brewing company’s original location opened in 2018 and recently underwent expansion.
