Harvest House Cafe is setting up for a winter debut in Escondido. The new cafe will replace Sweets Dessert & Coffee Bar in El Norte Parkway Plaza.

Owner Bruce Betz tells What Now San Diego Harvest House Cafe will specialize in handcrafted ice cream made with organic ingredients.

Betz and his team have installed top-notch equipment to create homemade ice cream flavors free of hormones and preservatives, creating superior flavors and consistent products. Guests can indulge in old-fashioned vanilla, cookies and cream, honey vanilla, chocolate velvet, pralines and cream, raspberry chocolate chip, and seasonal flavors to come.

Beyond ice cream, Harvest House will also serve organic coffee, espresso-based drinks, and pastries.

Harvest House Cafe is expected to open by December. Follow on Instagram for updates and a soft opening announcement later this month.
