A new concept called Dua Lounge may soon be coming to the Baymeadows neighborhood of Jacksonville, according to permits filed this week for the location at 8532 Baymeadows Road.
The process is still in the very early stages, therefore a timeline for opening is still a long way out. A website, as well as social media for Dua Lounge, have not yet been created.
The owners of Dua Lounge are listed as Lukaj Juliano and Mikel Gavoci. The two are named as the president and vice president of Dua 1, LLC, which was registered in November. What Now Jacksonville reached out for comment, but did not immediately hear back.
It’s likely that Dua Lounge will be a restaurant and bar, serving appetizers and entrees as well as a cocktail menu, though the official menu for the restaurant has not been decided.
The concept will be neighboring many other businesses in the Baymeadows area, including Dunkin’ Donuts, McDonald’s, Modu Ramen, Cafe Kabob Mediterranean, and Holey Moley Bagel Shop.
