A new pizzeria—Loudmouth—will debut at 1209 Rosewood Avenue in the fall, per reportage in Eater

Loudmouth will reportedly serve “wood-fired pizza with classic toppings like pepperoni and margherita, as well as custom ones taking its cues on Italian-American flavors and dishes” along with “garlic knots, focaccia, chicken wings, sandwiches, salads, and desserts (skillet cookies and popsicles)” and a beverage menu of Austin beers, wines, and cocktails.

Curious readers should note that, in preview of Loudmouth, parent company Daybreak Hospitality will run pop-ups at Paperboy at 1203 East 11th Street on Friday evenings in the summer starting on June 14, per Eater.

Founded by Ryan Harms started as a brunch food truck in 2015, Harns and his team opened the physical restaurant on Rosewood in 2020, expanding into San Antonio with Mexican and American restaurant Full Goods Diner in 2022.
