The Downtown Disney District in Anaheim has another expected tenant on its roster of upcoming eateries. Tiendita will be a Mexican grab-and-go spot that will open sometime this year, according to Blog Mickey.

Tiendita promises to offer a burst of Mexican flavors inspired by street food and classic cultural staples. It will be a welcome quick-serve option for those who need a fast bite to eat in the busy area.

At the helm is renowned Michelin-starred Chef Carlos Gaytán. The hospitality group behind Tiendita is Patina Restaurant Group, which is working on a few different food options at Downtown Disney. It has posted some job ads for the business online.

Tiendita will be located in the Parkside Market hall, which is currently under construction. Also housed in the building will be GG’s Chicken Shop, Seoul Sister, and Sip & Sonder.
