Lansing Shuffle, a food hall and entertainment venue in the former Lansing City Market building at 325 Riverfront Dr, is welcoming two new food tenants in December. One of the tenants, Beirut Kitchen, will feature Middle Eastern dishes as well as a banquet-style experience and company platter offerings. The business has recently signed the lease and will open soon, given the turnkey nature of the space.

Beirut Kitchen is owned by Michigan resident Rae A. Suboh. Suboh has a successful record in the hospitality industry spreading Middle Eastern influences as he is also the owner of Bread Bites, a Mediterranean restaurant and bakery in Okemos, MI.

Suboh and his entire family share a relentless passion for making food just like they would at home and take pride in the high quality food they create. That said, Beirut Kitchen will be a great addition to Lansing Shuffle’s existing food vendors: Kin Thai, Browndog at the Shuffle, Irie Smoke Shack, Osteria Vegana and Yeti Kitchen.

Suboh was not available for comments at the time of this coverage.
