The Happy Cooker Transitioning to a Restaurant

The Happy Cooker is gearing up to open a physical location, promising its devout customers in the desert a cozy spot to enjoy their favorite comfort foods in 29 Palms. The business recently announced that it will be moving into a property at 73511  29 Palms Hwy.

While the company is transitioning from its mobilLiquore food trailer to a permanent brick-and-mortar establishment, the owner plans to keep the truck around to use for events around the Coachella Valley. 

In preparation for the big debut, The Happy Cooker has posted on social media that it is currently hiring line cooks to join its dedicated team. The company announced the new location on Facebook in early March and has kept customers updated since.

The family-owned business’s roots date back to 1979. With a motto of “best buns in town”, the eatery serves up delicious American-style breakfast, lunch, and dinner fare. Liquor licensing records show that The Happy Cooker has an application pending with the state.
