Quality Branded, an ever-growing New York City-based hospitality group, is expanding its presence at Time Warner Center with plans to open a new Middle Eastern-style restaurant.

This announcement comes shortly after the successful opening of its Bar Roman concept at the same location, 10 Columbus Circle, last year.

The new venture, operating under the entity “Coconut Rice, LLC,” is anticipated to open in the fall of 2024. The exact name of the restaurant is yet to be disclosed, as it remains unclear whether “Coconut Rice, LLC” will also serve as the doing business as (DBA) name.

Coconut Rice will take over the space formerly occupied by Bluebird London. While specific details about the restaurant are limited, a menu dug up by What Now New York in paperwork for the eatery (shown below) offers an insight into the culinary offerings that future diners can expect.

Quality Branded is known for its diverse portfolio of dining establishments, which includes Smith & Wollensky NY, Quality Bistro, Quality Meats, Quality Italian NY & Denver, Don Angie, Zou Zou’s & Chez Zou, Kini’s & Cretans & Chez Roc, and its latest addition, Bad Roman.
