Based in Bradenton, Florida, popular brunch chain First Watch currently has well over 500 restaurants in operation nationwide, and its growth continues. The chain is planning to open a new location in Henderson, according to recent coverage by the Las Vegas Review-Journal, in Eastern Market Place, a retail center at the intersection of St. Rose Parkway and South Eastern Avenue.

“First Watch’s curated menu takes an elevated approach to traditional breakfast, brunch and lunch offerings that are made to order using only the freshest ingredients,” a representative told What Now. “Some of its most crave-able items include Avocado Toast, Smoked Salmon Eggs Benedict, Farm Stand Breakfast Tacos and Lemon Ricotta Pancakes.”

The brand’s menu has also included items like the Crab Avocado Toast, Pumpkin Pancake Breakfast, Elote Mexican Street Corn Hash, and Watermelon Wake-Up fresh juice, with a revolving selection that follows what’s fresh each season and makes sure there’s always something new.

The new First Watch in Henderson is expected to open in 2025, the Review-Journal coverage says, adding that the company is also negotiating leases for other locations in the valley.
